The only authorised service agent of Innoflow and AdvanTex® Systems, our experienced team can look after any other brand of septic tank.
We pride ourselves on providing the best septic tank maintenance, servicing, and support for our customers and their wastewater treatment systems, whether they are homeowners, businesses, or housing developments.
This includes subdivisions (Jacks Point), golf courses (Tara Iti and Kauri Cliffs), wineries and vineyards (Gibbston Valley, Cable Bay and Man O War), dairy factories (Fonterra Hautapu and Mataura Valley Milk), supermarkets (Countdown Waiheke), tourist attractions (Kawarau Bungy and Hobbiton Movie Set Tours), accommodation (Matakauri Lodge, Pauanui Lakes Resort, Kiwi Corral Backpackers and Hot Water Beach Holiday Park) and Auckland Council Regional Parks.

Our Story
S3 started as a subsidiary of wastewater specialists Innoflow way back in 2004.
As the only authorised service agent of Innoflow and AdvanTex® Systems, we provided the expertise and experience to keep our customers’ wastewater treatment systems maintained and problem-free.
Over the years, we frequently got requests from people who had other brands of septic tanks and wanted us to service them.
Often there was a problem with their wastewater treatment system that their current service provider couldn’t fix.
With a team of technicians and engineers that is the best in the business, we wanted to be able to help everyone that has a septic tank with their servicing, maintenance and compliance.
So, now, S3 supports a wide range of wastewater treatment systems including Reflection, Oasis Clearwater, Hynds, Biolytix and Austin Bluewater.
Allowing us to provide thorough servicing and exceptional customer experience to even more residential and commercial customers across New Zealand.
